As Harrison & Johnston’s receptionist, Emilee Hooper's role goes far beyond answering and directing phone calls; she is critical to the firm's overall day-to-day function and fluidity. Emilee is the client's first point of contact, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Emilee’s organizational skills enhance communication and coordination among attorneys. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure the office runs efficiently, contributing to a positive work environment. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Before joining the firm in December of 2023, Emilee spent over two years as a Leasing Consultant at a luxury apartment complex in Winchester, where she mastered customer communication, satisfaction, multi-tasking, and even event planning. Emilee is pursuing her Communications Degree at Laurel Ridge Community College, but hopes to transfer to James Madison University or George Mason University after completing her associate's degree there. When not working, you can find Emilee enjoying her time with her two dogs, cat, and significant other.
