As Harrison & Johnston’s receptionist, Madeleine Asero is the bridge that connects the firm’s attorneys to their clients. Her role goes far beyond answering and directing phone calls; she is a critical player in ensuring that client needs are met. By being an extra set of helping hands, Madeleine allows the firm’s attorneys to focus their attention and energies where they should be: providing exceptional representation and client service.
Prior to joining the firm, Madeleine spent six years as a Customer Relations and Internet Manager in the automotive industry, where she excelled in professional communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. Helpful and compassionate by nature, she is currently working toward an associate’s degree in paralegal studies at Rasmussen University. When not working, you can find Madeleine spending time with her beautiful daughter and large extended family.
